Allied Universal Acquires Pinnacle Security

IRVINE, Calif. – April 14, 2025 — Allied Universal^®, the world’s leading security and facility services provider, today announced its further expansion in the southeast region of the U.S. with the acquisition of Pinnacle Security.

Pinnacle Security was founded in 2014 and has offices in Atlanta and New Orleans. It offers a range of security services including security patrols, security consulting, executive and personal protection, as well as risk and threat assessments.
