Allied Universal Announces First Acquisitions in South America
Siete24 and Infotec Expand Company’s Presence in Latin America
IRVINE, Calif. — Dec. 27, 2023 — With its first acquisitions in South America, Allied Universal®, the world’s leading security and facility services provider, is expanding its presence across the globe. The company announced that is has acquired the assets of Siete24 LTDA and Infotec SAS, both based in Colombia, which provide guarding services and security technology solutions.

With more than 35 years of experience in the security industry, Siete24 provides private security guarding services to companies and organizations throughout the country. Working in conjunction with its subsidiary Infotec, the companies deliver integrated security solutions that combine innovative technologies and guarding services enabling clients to reduce their operating costs and optimize overall security offerings. Focused on enhancing safety for individuals and businesses across Colombia, the acquisitions will play an important role in Allied Universal’s global business expansion strategy.

In 2022 and 2023, Allied Universal completed 18 acquisitions – 13 in North America and five internationally. In 2021, Allied Universal acquired 10 companies, including G4S. These acquisitions are consistent with Allied Universal’s growth strategy and expanding international presence.
