Allied Universal Appoints Charles Orgbon, Jr. Vice President of Corporate Security

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 10, 2026  -- Allied Universal®, the world’s leading security and facility services provider, today announced that Charles Orgbon, Jr. has joined the company as vice president of corporate security.  Orgbon will support the company’s sales and growth initiatives leveraging his law enforcement experience, industry expertise and professional relationships to identify opportunities and strengthen client engagement. 

He joins Allied Universal following a distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his tenure, Orgbon served in several national security, intelligence and private-sector engagement roles, including as a supervisory special agent and private sector coordinator for the Domestic Security Alliance Council. 

In his new role, Orgbon will draw on his public-private partnership experience to help clients manage emerging threats and strengthen enterprise resilience. He also will represent Allied Universal and serve as the company’s liaison to both the Domestic Security Alliance Council and the Overseas Security Advisory Council, building relationships between corporate security leaders and critical public-private security communities.

Before joining the FBI, Orgbon served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He retired from the Marine Corps Reserve as a major after 26 years of service. His honors include the FBI Distinguished Achievement Award and the NAACP Roy Wilkins Renown Service Award.

Orgbon earned a bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College and a master’s degree from Webster University.
