Allied Universal Awarded Two Gold Brandon Hall Group Awards
IRVINE, Calif. – Sept. 5, 2023 -- Allied Universal®, the world’s leading global security and facility services company, has been recognized with two prestigious Human Capital Management Excellence Awards from Brandon Hall Group – a gold award in the category of Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders and a gold award in the category of Best Use of Blended Learning.
The 2023 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards™ were earned by Allied Universal’s training program for frontline leaders. The week-long management onboarding course provides newly assigned/promoted account owners and operators with essential practices, tools and guidance needed for success. The program follows a blended learning approach integrating live instruction with virtual learning modules.

- Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits
