
Allied Universal Ranks as “Best Place to Work” According to Employees
IRVINE, Calif. – Sept. 17, 2025 – Allied Universal®, the third largest private employer in North America and seventh in the world, today announced the results of its 2025 Global Employee Engagement Survey. Nearly 500,000 team members participated in the anonymous survey, including those from the company’s G4S international business.
Based on national and global benchmarks, the results put Allied Universal in top-tier employer territory and align with or exceed those of “Best Places to Work” organizations.

The results indicate a strong retention outlook and suggest a low voluntary turnover risk; while the high marks in dignity, respect, diversity, and social impact point to a strong, values-driven culture.
