Allied Universal Receives Employer of the Year Award for Support of Military and Veteran Employment Program
IRVINE, Calif. — May 21, 2024 — Allied Universal®, the world’s leading security and facility services company, has received the Employer of The Year Award from NextOp, a non-profit organization that assists military members and veterans find employment.

The award was accepted by members of the Allied Universal team based in New Orleans and included an alumnus of the NextOp program who is currently employed in the company’s central region.

Allied Universal began partnering with NextOp when the organization expanded its services to include Louisiana in 2018. Allied Universal collaborates with the organization in Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas and has since placed more than 158 military members and veterans in both highly skilled roles and managerial positions.
